7. People with stomach problems should not exercise after meals. They can take a rest and wait for the food in their stomach to be digested slowly before starting to work.

All stomach problems cannot be cured in a short period of time, including gastric bleeding, so it is far from enough to rely solely on medication. You also need to learn to protect your stomach in daily life. In addition to eating healthy, daily physical exercise is also essential. This way, your body will be strong and you will naturally be less susceptible to illness.
