Kelp and barley porridge. 60 grams of kelp, 50 grams of coix seed, 50 grams of lean meat, 120 grams of rice, 5 grams of chopped green onion, 3 grams of shredded ginger, 2 grams of fine salt, and 3 grams of MSG. Preparation method: Rinse the kelp, cut into small pieces, cut the lean meat into small pieces, and wash the rice and set aside. Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, put in kelp pieces, rice, lean meat pieces, onions, ginger, and salt to cook porridge. When the porridge is cooked, add MSG.
