The quilt should be dried frequently, otherwise it will easily become a source of pollution lurking around you every night. Also, is your quilt too heavy? The height of the pillow should be the same as the shoulder, and it is best to use buckwheat husk.

2. Your mental state is not good. It may be that you are under too much pressure or are too nervous. Or you may be thinking about a problem before going to bed and fall asleep just like that. Your brain is still working while you are sleeping. It is recommended that you drink a glass of hot milk before going to bed, which is effective.

3. Being too tired or exhausted during the day.

4. Insufficient sleep time is not enough to restore energy. Or if you sleep too long, your brain and body will be in a state of suppression for a long time. 7-8 hours of sleep a day is appropriate.
