What should I do if asthma attacks recur?

Asthma is chronic bronchitis, which is an allergic reaction. Many asthma attacks are caused by changes in the external environment, which leads to the patient's inability to adapt and allergic reactions. The body will show more intense symptoms. One obvious characteristic of asthma is that it will recur, making the patient miserable. However, it is normal when there is no attack. So, how to deal with repeated asthma attacks?

Asthma is a kind of abnormal change of allergic disease, also known as hypersensitivity reaction or allergic reaction. Most asthma belongs to this type. It is also called exogenous asthma, which is mainly due to the body's contact with certain antigenic substances, such as dust, mites, pollen, viruses, bacteria, mycin, etc., which produces an antibody. This antibody is adsorbed on the surface of the trachea. When it comes into contact with this substance again, the body's abnormal or excessive immune response will cause superconducting airway spasms and asthma attacks. In addition, there are a few endogenous asthma, which is caused by the excitement of the body's parasympathetic nerves or the excitement of the sympathetic nerves and receptors. Asthma attacks occur repeatedly and are sometimes life-threatening.

However, there is no need to worry too much if you have asthma, as it is preventable with current healthcare measures. First, you should look for allergens. You can go to the hospital for a skin allergy test. You should get enough nutrition, such as sufficient protein (but pay attention to whether you are allergic to a certain protein), eat more vegetables, and do not be picky about food. You should go outdoors every day and breathe more fresh air. Take a walk or jog to exercise your lungs.

There are many allergens, such as pollen, alcohol, gasoline, mites, dust, etc. Some patients are allergic to one substance, while others are allergic to several substances. Numerous studies have shown that not all asthma patients can find allergens, and not all allergic patients develop asthma. If the allergens can be found, less contact or no contact with this substance can reduce the onset of asthma.

Secondly, the patient should be provided with adequate nutrition, such as sufficient protein (but pay attention to whether the child is allergic to a certain protein), eat more vegetables, and not be picky about food.

Third, you should pay attention to physical exercise from an early age, go outdoors every day and breathe more fresh air. Infants and young children can do passive gymnastics, while older children can do exercises on their own, such as walking or jogging, which can exercise the function of the lungs.

Fourth, pay attention to the patient's temperature, especially when the seasons change and it gets cold, add or remove clothes in time and try to avoid upper respiratory tract infections.

In addition, you should always have some medicines at home, such as antiasthmatic drugs: aminophylline, chlorpromazine or aerosol asthma tranquilizer, which can be used at any time during an acute attack.

Pay more attention to the temperature of patients and friends. When the seasons change, add or remove clothes in time to avoid colds and upper respiratory tract infections. The main symptoms of asthma are coughing and difficulty breathing, especially at night and in the morning. It is difficult to treat and after treatment at home, you need to be sent to the hospital in time.
