What does hepatitis B anti-HBE positive mean

What does hepatitis B anti-HBE positive mean

Normally people do not have a good understanding of their own physical condition, and some diseases occur too late to be treated. Some people go to the hospital for a check-up and get anxious when the HBE result is positive. Everyone knows that the occurrence of any disease has its prerequisite signs and its treatment methods. Never treat it blindly. You must grasp the key points. The key is to know what kind of disease you have, correctly diagnose the disease, and prescribe the right medicine.

Anti-HBE, also known as hepatitis B e antibody, the English abbreviation is HBeAb. It and HBeAg form a pair of corresponding antigen-antibody systems. When the E antigen turns negative, E antibody HBeAb and surface antibody HBsAb appear at the same time, indicating that the replication of hepatitis B virus stops or slows down and the liver lesions are stable. In chronic hepatitis B, serum HBeAg is converted to anti-HBe, followed by a decrease in viremia levels and gradual improvement of the disease.

Usually we use different combinations of two pairs of halves to judge the current status and outcome of hepatitis B infection. The following is a brief clinical significance of different combinations of two pairs of halves:

1. The first item is positive, and the other four items are negative. This indicates that it is the late incubation period of acute hepatitis B virus infection.

2. The first and third items are positive, and the other three items are negative. This indicates that it is the early stage of acute hepatitis B, which is highly contagious.

3. The first, third and fifth items are positive, and the remaining two items are negative. Commonly known as "big three positive", this situation indicates acute or chronic hepatitis B. At this time, the virus replicates actively and is highly contagious.

4. The first and fifth items are positive, and the remaining three items are negative. It indicates acute or chronic hepatitis B.

5. The first, fourth and fifth items are positive, and the remaining two items are negative. Commonly known as "little three positives", it indicates acute or chronic hepatitis B, but its infectiousness is weaker (if the virus mutates and the DNA is highly replicated, it is still highly infectious). 6. The fifth item is positive and the other four items are negative. It means that the person is a latent carrier of the hepatitis B virus or is in the window period of infection, and it also means that the person has been infected with the hepatitis B virus.

It is not scary when a disease comes. What is scary is that you do not maintain a good mental state. You should be positive and optimistic when you suffer from a disease. This will help with treatment. If you are depressed and irritable every day, it will cause serious consequences to your body and mind, eventually worsening your condition and may induce the occurrence of other diseases. In addition, you must go to a regular hospital for professional treatment as soon as possible.
