Method of cystocentesis

Method of cystocentesis

Bladder problems are a big problem that many of us often encounter, and this situation involves personal privacy issues. Many people are very lazy about treatment and are unwilling to go to the hospital to seek effective treatment. This idea is wrong and cannot help us recover faster. The bladder puncture method can help us treat bladder problems very well. Let me briefly describe the bladder puncture method.

(I) Surgical steps 1. Fill the bladder with sterile saline. Make a short longitudinal or arc-shaped incision slightly above the pubic symphysis, cutting the skin and subcutaneous tissue.

2. Incise the linea alba, bluntly separate the rectus abdominis and pyramidal muscles on both sides in the midline, push the pre-bladder fat tissue and peritoneal folds upwards, and expose the anterior wall and top of the bladder.

3. Use two tissue clamps to clamp the anterior bladder wall at the top and lift it up, or sew two traction stitches to lift it up. First use a syringe to puncture the bladder. If urine is drawn out, it confirms that it is a bladder. Use a curved vascular clamp to pierce the bladder between the tissue clamp or two traction wires, and then perform blunt forceps to open the incision.

4. Insert a suction device to drain urine from the bladder. Use a vascular clamp or metal stylet to hold a flower catheter, mushroom catheter or Folev catheter and insert it into the bladder through the incision.

5. The bladder incision was sutured with a 2-0 intestinal suture to complete the muscle thickness and the purse-string suture was ligated. The second layer is sutured with interrupted silk or intestinal sutures without penetrating the mucosa. Pull the fistula tube slightly outward until the expanded part of the tube just reaches below the bladder incision, and then fix the fistula tube with catgut.

6. A drainage tube is placed in the prevesical space, the abdominal wall incision is sutured, and the fistula tube is fixed to the skin with silk thread (Figure 102-1).

Knowing more about bladder puncture methods can help us use these methods to treat bladder problems. It can help us take effective measures as soon as possible to avoid worsening of the disease. At the same time, we must pay attention to our bladder problems in daily life and try not to get cystitis.
