How to treat acne around the mouth of pregnant women

Many pregnant women suffer from acne during pregnancy, which is mainly caused by endocrine changes after pregnancy. Especially after pregnancy, the level of progesterone continues to rise, which will stimulate the skin to grow many acne. This phenomenon will generally return to normal after delivery, but it can last until the lactation period, which has a certain impact on women's appearance, so it is best to control it in time.

When you get acne, the culprit is your bangs. Although bangs look good, the forehead covered by a layer of hair is particularly prone to acne. First, it will cause poor breathability of the skin; second, the dirt on the hair can easily clog the pores and induce the formation of acne.

In order to meet the nutritional needs of mother and baby, pregnant women will take supplements. It is necessary to nourish the body, but it should be mild and light.

Improper or excessive skin cleansing may cause skin allergies and acne. Wash your face with clean water to remove excess oil on the skin surface and keep the sebaceous gland ducts unobstructed, but do not over-cleanse. Do not use strong alkaline detergents, choose gentle ones.

Do not squeeze, press, scratch or pick at pimples with your hands to avoid aggravating the inflammation and infection. If local acne is infected, the main medicine is antibiotics, which are mainly used for antibacterial and anti-inflammatory purposes. Drink a glass of light salt water on an empty stomach, and then eat less greasy and irritating food. You can eat some vegetables, fruits and other foods.

Adjust your diet. The food nutrition should be balanced, eat more fresh vegetables, fruits, fish and plant protein rich in vitamin C, and eat less excessive animal fat and foods with high cholesterol (such as bone marrow, offal, crab roe, cream). Eat less salt and drink more boiled water. Eat more heart-protecting and beauty-enhancing foods, such as Poria cocos, nuts, soybeans, black sesame seeds, jujubes, lotus seeds, etc.

Women should avoid spicy food and fried food during pregnancy. When you are pregnant, you should pay attention to personal hygiene. It is best to take a bath every day when the weather is hot and humid. If acne persists, you should go to the hospital for a check-up. In addition, if women are under too much stress during pregnancy, it is easy to cause endocrine disorders and eventually lead to acne.
