Okra can be used as a vegetable or as a medicinal herb. Okra originally originated in Africa and was introduced to my country in the 20th century. Okra has great medicinal value. Okra is rich in selenium and zinc, and regular consumption has anti-cancer effects. Okra can protect the gastric mucosa after consumption. Eating okra can also relieve throat pain and help digestion. Here are some tips on how to clean and prepare okra.
