How to wash ink stains on clothes

If ink gets on your clothes, it is usually difficult to clean them thoroughly. Be sure to clean it before the ink is completely dry, otherwise it will be too late to clean it after the ink is completely dry. Once you find ink on your clothes, take them off as soon as possible, put them in warm water, add a large amount of laundry detergent, and rub and wash them repeatedly until the ink stains are completely faded and disappear. Here are some other cleaning methods.

Rub the stains repeatedly with glutinous rice grains or toothpaste. Scrub with 4% baking soda solution. Mash almonds, pinellia and eggs into a paste, apply it to the stain, and rub for 3 to 5 minutes. If stained with red ink, new traces can be soaked in warm water detergent solution for a while and then scrubbed; old traces can be washed with detergent first, and then scrubbed with 10% alcohol. If stained with blue ink, new traces can be scrubbed with ordinary detergent; old traces can be immersed in 2% oxalic acid solution for a few minutes and then scrubbed.

The ink of carbon signing pens is made of carbon elements. When the ink is spilled on clothes, the carbon will stick to the clothes, forming a solid network that is difficult to remove. First of all, when clothes are stained with ink, we should immediately wipe the ink with a rag and wipe it as clean as possible.

Then, quickly take off the clothes and soak them in cold water for a while. Then mix the rice grains with detergent, pour it on the clothes and rub them vigorously. After a while, the effect of washing away the ink will be more obvious. Of course, some ink will still remain. At this time, soak the clothes in hot water for a while, then mix alcohol and detergent evenly, and continue to rub them hard as before, repeating the process over and over again until the ink is removed. Generally, the ink can be rubbed off by repeating this three or four times.

In fact, the common laundry detergents currently available already have the function of cleaning ink. Therefore, once clothes are stained with ink, they should be washed with laundry detergent as soon as possible. The first thing is to soak the clothes in soup or warm water with detergent added. The soaking time is best for 1 to 2 hours. After soaking, rub them repeatedly and vigorously to clean them.
