When eating, please chew slowly and thoroughly. The stomach likes small pieces of food. If you chew each mouthful of food repeatedly for decades, your health will be significantly better than that of your peers. It is recommended to chew each mouthful about 30 times to aid digestion.

Drinking alcohol can damage the gastric mucosa, and long-term drinking can also cause liver problems; smoking can cause chronic gastritis and is not good for the digestive and respiratory systems. In addition, the secondhand smoke problem caused by smoking is not good for family, friends, and especially children!

If possible, ensure at least 30 minutes of outdoor exercise every day. The exercise intensity should be moderate and not too intense. If you are a woman, you can choose to exercise indoors at home by doing aerobics or using a treadmill, which is also a good way. Moderate exercise helps to consume excess body fat, promote blood circulation, and help excrete toxins from the body. It is beneficial for preventing daily illnesses such as colds and fevers.
