A good breakfast can provide adequate nutrition. Eat less for lunch, skip dinner, and drink lemon water every once in a while throughout the day.

3. On the second day, you should feel much more relaxed , at least your bowel movements will be smoother than before. You still need to eat a good breakfast and drink lemon water at any time, but starting from the second day you need to exercise for half an hour every day, you can jog, swim, or dance. During this process, the water you replenish must be lemon water that you mix yourself according to the proportion.

4. On the third day, continue to drink lemon water at any time. The amount of food you eat should be gradually controlled. Be careful not to eat seafood, fish and other foods with relatively high cholesterol. Eat light meals and avoid eating raw, cold and spicy foods. Keep replenishing lemon water and exercise for half an hour. I usually work out in the gym, so I do both aerobic and anaerobic exercise.

5. On the fourth day, I believe that the lemon water has cleared out your old stool . You can still drink the lemon water, but increase the exercise and extend the time to one hour. Remember to replenish water at all times, which means drinking some water whether you are thirsty or not. This way, the sweat produced during exercise can better carry out waste toxins from the body.

6. The condition on the fifth day is the same as that on the fourth day , but the amount of food should still be controlled at this time. You still need to drink lemon water normally. After exercising, if you sweat a lot, don't take a shower immediately, because the human body will discharge a lot of waste gas and toxins after exercise. If you take a shower at this time, the toxins will not be discharged. The correct way is to wash it every half an hour.

7. This method has a five-day cycle, and the amount of food must be controlled. If the amount of food is not controlled, the weight loss effect cannot be achieved. Exercise is also needed to better digest the excess calories in the body. After five days, you can choose to do another five days, or take a day or two off. However, losing weight is no small matter, time waits for no one, and the sooner you lose weight, the better. Individuals can choose according to their actual situation.
