How to treat drooling obsessive compulsive disorder, try these methods

Obsessive-compulsive disorder is a psychological disease. There are many types of obsessive-compulsive disorder, and saliva obsessive-compulsive disorder is one of them. Many people are depressed. Salivation obsession is an inner manifestation, which requires self-regulation.

There are two aspects of treatment, both of which are aimed at the characteristics of blue personality:

1. In view of the introverted, timid, unconfident and negative characteristics of blue personality, it is necessary to focus on cultivating inner strength. Increasing self-confidence through physical exercise is a very good way. It is easy to regain confidence through exercise, but blue personality is often relatively fragile. Even if they have a certain degree of confidence when faced with major difficulties, once failure brings a momentary sense of despair, it will destroy the effects of all previous exercise in an instant, so they must take the second prescription.

2. The second prescription is: remember two sentences: The first sentence: "Be a little more prudent", the second sentence: "A dead pig is not afraid of boiling water." Once you get sick, remind yourself of these two sentences.

Because the blue personality is cautious, has a tendency towards perfectionism, has a strong sense of morals, demands 100% accuracy from themselves, and is afraid of insecurity. You should practice external skills to make yourself thicker-skinned and more mentally resilient, and not care too much about what others think.
