Can washing hair with vinegar turn gray hair black? What are the folk remedies for gray hair

I believe many people have heard that washing your hair with vinegar can make your hair darker. First of all, it should be made clear that this statement has a scientific basis and is also one of the commonly used methods. So besides this method, are there any other remedies that can turn white hair black?

1. Add about 5% vinegar to 95% water, soak your hair for about 15 minutes every day to remove dandruff and make your hair soft, black and shiny. It is absolutely economical and effective. If you don’t believe it, try it. Washing your hair with vinegar can make your hair smooth and easy to manage, and it also has the effect of removing dandruff. Especially suitable for permed and dyed hair. (Because dyes or perms are generally strong alkaline)

Method 1: Dilute vinegar with water in a ratio of approximately 1:10. Hair washed with vinegar will be extra shiny.

Method 2: Every time you wash your hair, apply shampoo on your head for the first wash. After rinsing, apply some shampoo again. After bubbles appear, pour about 10-20 ml of vinegar and rub together. After 3-5 minutes, rinse with clean water.

2. Take equal parts of black sesame, soybeans, peanuts and walnuts, fry them separately until fragrant and cooked, grind them into fine powder and mix well. Take one teaspoon with milk, soy milk or boiled water before going to bed every day. Not suitable for use when suffering from diarrhea.

3. Take 6-10 grams of lotus stamens and 15 grams of Houttuynia cordata, decoct them into a water soup and drink it once a day.

4. Put 500 grams of brown sugar into the pot and add a little water. Simmer over low heat until it becomes thick, then add 150 grams each of roasted black sesame seeds and walnut kernels, mix well and turn off the heat. While hot, melt the sugar liquid into an enamel dish coated with cooking oil. When it cools down a little, flatten the sugar and cut it into small pieces with a knife. Eat them at will after they have cooled.

5. Add 2 quail eggs, 30 grams of Polygonum multiflorum, 20 grams of Rehmannia glutinosa, and water to fry together. Peel the eggs when they are cooked, put them back into the soup and cook for a while. Discard the residue and eat the eggs and drink the soup.
