If you are obese, you will find many lines on your skin and granulation tissue at the base of your thighs if you observe carefully. Although these are skin tags caused by broken cell fibers and are benign diseases, they are not beautiful for women. You can go to the dermatology or oncology department of the hospital for treatment. The most commonly used methods are freezing and laser, which can effectively remove granulation tissue. You can also massage yourself with essential oils, and the condition will improve after a while. It's a skin tag, benign. Go to a dermatologist or oncologist. Cryosurgery and laser are both good options. If there are any special changes, surgical biopsy can be performed. Attachment: Skin tags are usually divided into two types: multiple and solitary: (1) Multiple tumors are common on the face, neck, and armpits. The lesions are mung bean to cherry-sized, smooth, soft, and pedunculated. The diameter is usually 1 to 2 mm. The surface may have grooves. The skin color is normal, light yellow, or dark red. Generally, there are no symptoms. (2) Isolated cases often occur in the lower part of the trunk, such as the groin and female vulva. The lesions are usually single, pedunculated, polyp-like protrusions with the same color as the multiple lesions. The pathological tissue of skin tags shows that the main changes are composed of dermal connective tissue surrounded by epidermis. The connective tissue is loose and edematous and contains many capillaries. This disease is more common in clinical practice, but it needs to be distinguished from soft nevi and neurofibromas. Soft moles are difficult to distinguish from this disease in appearance, but they can be distinguished by pathological examination; neurofibromas are congenital multiple tumors that vary in size, are numerous, are soft in nature, feel hollow to the touch, and are accompanied by pigmented spots. Skin tags generally do not become malignant. 1 Pay close attention to see if it continues to grow, how fast it grows, whether there is redness, swelling or ulceration, whether the local lymph nodes are enlarged, and whether there are any systemic symptoms, such as fever or weight loss. 2 Are there similar conditions in other parts of the body? 3 Local excision is feasible and the tumor can be sent for pathological examination. If the pathological section examination shows a generally benign lesion, the disease can be cured after removal. Supplement: If there is no redness, swelling or ulceration, the local lymph nodes are swollen, there are no other symptoms in the body and there is only one granulation, local excision or laser freezing can be performed. |
