Treatment of sequelae of cerebral stroke, good recovery with Chinese medicine

The sequelae of cerebral stroke are that one year after the occurrence of cerebral stroke, the body still has facial paralysis and language dysfunction. These sequelae include hemiplegia, aphasia, numbness of the limbs, memory loss, dizziness and headache. You can choose traditional Chinese medicine for treatment.

(1) Blood circulation and stasis removal treatment: This is a TCM treatment method that is widely used in clinical practice. The blood circulation and stasis removal method has won the first prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award. It has the effects of resisting arteriosclerosis and thrombosis, can increase cerebral blood flow, is beneficial to the absorption of hematoma and edema around the infarct lesion, and improves clinical symptoms. It is not suitable for acute treatment and the main focus is on treating the root cause.

(2) Aromatic therapy for invigorating the orifices: It is good at opening up the meridians, regulating qi and activating blood circulation. It is clinically effective in treating headaches and limb pain caused by cerebral stroke. Aromatic Chinese medicines that can invigorate the mind (such as musk) can penetrate the blood-brain barrier and reach the lesions directly, with rapid onset of action and definite therapeutic effects.

(3) Dual treatment of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, and aromatic invigorating the orifices: This treatment method is recognized as a clinical treatment method in traditional Chinese medicine. The Chinese patent medicines applied in this method can simultaneously take effect on the overall blood lesions and vascular lesions of cerebral stroke. The combination and synergistic effects of hundreds of effective ingredients from animal, plant and aromatic drugs in the prescription can achieve multi-target treatment effects such as enhancing efficacy and reducing toxicity, and resisting drug resistance. It has the effects of inhibiting platelet aggregation, highly effective anticoagulation, reducing plasma viscosity and plasma lipid peroxides, making it difficult for lipid substances in the blood to accumulate in the arteries to form thrombi; it can also accelerate the removal of blood oxygen free radicals, and effectively remove lipid substances that have already formed on the arterial walls, preventing the formation of atherosclerosis and creating a good internal environment for the brain tissue; at the same time, it can increase arterial blood flow, improve the brain tissue's tolerance to hypoxia, protect the endothelial cells of the blood vessel walls, making them less likely to be damaged, and preventing thrombosis; it can restore the brain nervous system, improve the neurological signs such as movement and language that it controls, and achieve the purpose of comprehensive treatment of the causes of cerebral stroke.
