The normal epidermis covering the dilated and malformed capillary network is not damaged because it does not contain heimporfin, and the normal deep dermis tissue under the dilated and malformed capillary network is protected because the laser penetration is shallow and it is difficult to reach an effective excitation amount. 3. Treatment effect Photosensitizers previously developed in China, such as YHpD (photoporphyrin) and HpD (hematoporphyrin derivative), are all mixtures of multiple components with complex components, making it difficult to achieve stable and standardized quality control. They are also slowly excreted from the body, and the photosensitivity reaction of the skin lasts for 1 to 3 months after use, and even up to 6 months in some patients.
