Therefore, nightmares occur during sleep, accompanied by general paralysis and fear. It is difficult for them to distinguish between dreams and reality.

4. Insomnia. Even though people with narcolepsy need to sleep frequently, because they may have hallucinations, their sleep is intermittent and they cannot sleep well. Sometimes sleeping too long during the day can interfere with your sleep at night.
