6. A high-quality protein diet should be given;

7. Exercise prevention: Increase exercise appropriately to enhance immunity and reduce or prevent obesity. This is because proper physical exercise is beneficial to the recovery of the disease, such as walking, practicing Tai Chi, practicing Qigong, etc. But you should pay attention to the time of exercise. Morning and evening are the best times. Remember not to exercise at noon or when the sun is strong.
