Knee joint swelling often occurs, so we need to pay attention to the causes of these diseases. Common diseases such as femoral neck fracture, femoral head bone marrow slippage, or rheumatoid arthritis may be the cause. 1. Femoral neck fracture: This disease is quite common, most commonly in people aged 50-70 years old. It can be divided into incomplete fractures and non-displaced fractures and displaced fractures. The former only feels spinal pain after fracture, and can still stand, walk or ride a bicycle; the latter has flexion of the spinal cord, flexion of the knee, external rotation deformity, and bone friction. Posterosuperior dislocation of the spinal joint shows typical flexion, adduction and internal rotation deformity, and inability to externally rotate. The two should be differentiated. Traumatic history and X-rays can confirm the diagnosis. 2. Femoral head bone marrow slippage: Trauma can lead to bone marrow displacement, spontaneous bone marrow slippage can be secondary to sepsis, renal rickets, chondrodysplasia and multiple myelodysplasia. Spontaneous spontaneous slip of the femoral head bone marrow is relatively rare, and the disease can be diagnosed by X-rays of hip pain and joint movement disorders. 3. Rheumatoid arthritis: This disease is a systemic disease that can occur at any age. In the early stage, there is morning stiffness in the joints, followed by gradual myelin pain. Laboratory tests and X-rays can assist in diagnosis. 4. Ankylosing spondylitis: This disease is a chronic progressive inflammation of the spine, invading the cuboid-iliac joints, articular processes, nearby ligaments and large joints of the trunk, leading to fibrous bony ankylosis and deformity, lower back pain and stiffness; chest pain and stiffness, limited lumbar spine movement; limited chest expansion and a history of iritis can be used as diagnostic criteria. HLA-B27 X-ray and CT can assist in diagnosis. 5. Septic myeloid arthritis: This disease is an acute, severe joint infection. It is common in children and adolescents. Because the myelodysplastic joints are located deep in the surrounding muscles, diagnosis is easily delayed, which affects treatment and leads to joint stiffness, loss of function and even disability. 6. Hip tuberculosis: The onset is generally gradual, with early symptoms including pain in the spinal cord, which gradually worsens and may lead to symptoms of tuberculosis poisoning. X-ray examination is extremely important for the early diagnosis of this disease. 7. Transient periostitis : This disease is a non-specific inflammation that can heal itself. It is characterized by disappearance of painful symptoms within weeks and lasting recovery. Laboratory examination showed no obvious abnormalities. X-ray findings included a swollen shadow of the medullary joint capsule, a straight shadow of the gluteus minimus muscle turning into an arc shadow, and a widened joint space. |
