What's going on with the smog? Causes of smog

Everyone knows the great harm of haze. If you want to solve the haze problem fundamentally, you need to understand the relevant knowledge about haze. Today I will introduce to you the various sources of haze. I hope that people start with themselves. Controlling haze fundamentally is the most important thing.

First: car exhaust. Large vehicles using diesel are "serious offenders" of PM10 emissions, including large buses, shuttle buses of various units, and large transport trucks. Sources of toxic particulate matter in cities: First of all, automobile exhaust. Diesel vehicles are repeat offenders in emitting fine particulate matter. Although small gasoline cars emit gaseous pollutants, such as nitrogen oxides, they can easily be converted into secondary particulate pollutants in foggy days, aggravating smog.

Motor vehicle exhaust is the main component of smog particles. The latest data shows that motor vehicle exhaust accounts for 22.2% of Beijing's smog particles, coal burning accounts for 16.7%, dust accounts for 16.3%, and industry accounts for 15.7%. However, with the advancement of automobile technology and the improvement of oil quality, environmental managers have found that motor vehicle exhaust does not play a decisive role in the formation of smog weather. However, in some cities with a large number of cars, managers still need to control motor vehicle emission standards to avoid the formation of smog weather.

Second: The waste gas produced by burning coal for heating in the north in winter.

Third: waste gas emitted by industrial production. For example, metallurgy, kilns and boilers, electromechanical manufacturing, as well as a large amount of waste gas emitted from the combustion of kilns in auto repair and painting, and building materials production.

Fourth: Dust generated by construction sites and road traffic.

Fifth: The particle size of growable particles, bacteria and viruses is equivalent to PM0.1-PM2.5. When the humidity and temperature in the air are suitable, microorganisms will attach to the particles, especially the particles of oil smoke. After absorbing oil droplets, the microorganisms will transform into more microorganisms, causing the growth of biological toxic substances in haze to increase.

Sixth, dust "smog" will also be generated during home decoration. The indoor dust is pervasive, which is not only harmful to the health of workers and users, but also increases the cleaning burden. When the dust is serious, it also brings many hidden dangers to the decoration project.
