What to do with urine protein allergic purpura

What to do with urine protein allergic purpura

Henoch-Schonlein purpura is very common in clinical practice. It is a type of allergic vasculitis. When urine protein appears in this disease, many people don’t know what to do. In this case, early treatment is necessary to avoid developing into chronic nephritis.

1. Allergic purpura is a common vascular allergic disease. Proteinuria, hematuria, and tubular urine appear one week after the onset of purpura. Most patients recover in 3-4 weeks, but symptoms may recur. Severe cases may develop into chronic nephritis, accompanied by hypertension, general edema, and even uremia. Allergic purpura is prone to kidney damage. It is recommended that you check your urine again in a few days. If the protein or occult blood is positive, it means that the kidneys are damaged and active treatment is needed.

2. During the acute phase, you should stay in bed and rest, avoid eating fish, shrimp, and milk that may cause allergies, and eat more vegetables and fruits; when you have abdominal pain, follow the doctor's advice to inject atropine subcutaneously to relieve the pain; during the pollen season, people with allergies should wear masks less when going out;

Do not abuse drugs, take part in more physical exercise, strengthen your physical fitness, and keep your mood happy.

3. The diet should be light, with rice, pasta as the staple food, and more fruits and vegetables. Maintain food hygiene, wash hands before meals, and prevent intestinal parasite infection. When accidentally exposed to allergens, the reaction should be carefully observed, and timely treatment should be sought if symptoms are found. Soft food with less residue should be given to avoid abrasions of the oral mucosa; do not use alcohol to avoid subcutaneous bleeding, use antibiotics as prescribed by the doctor, and deal with adverse reactions in a timely manner.
