Main prescription: Shenling Baizhu powder combined with Yiwei decoction or Adenophora Root and Ophiopogon Decoction with modifications. Prescription: Pseudostellaria baicalensis, roasted Astragalus membranaceus, Chinese yam, Polygonatum odoratum, Ophiopogon japonicus, Dendrobium candidum, lotus leaf, bergamot, Platycodon grandiflorum, and roasted licorice. Take 1 dose daily, decocted in water and taken in 2 doses.

How to regulate Yin deficiency constitution

1. Diet. Do not eat foods that damage the yin, such as: warm, dry, spicy, and fragrant foods; fried or stir-fried foods.

2. Daily life. It is not suitable to practice in the hottest days of summer, otherwise it will cause inflammation and damage the yin. Try to avoid scorching sun in your working environment, don't sweat too much, and arrange your work well and in an orderly manner.

Therefore, they should follow the method of nourishing the spirit of "tranquility and nothingness" and "keeping the spirit within". In daily work, avoid arguing with others over non-principle issues to reduce anger, and avoid participating in entertainment activities that involve competing for victory or defeat. It is appropriate to rest in the countryside and stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
