How to relieve and prevent intestinal spasms?

Gastrointestinal health is very important to us. When you encounter gastrointestinal diseases, you may find that there are some complications involved. 1. Since abdominal pain in some children may be related to milk allergy, children who suffer from recurrent intestinal cramps can try to temporarily stop drinking milk and switch to soy milk or other milk substitutes for observation.

2. Strictly prevent children from overeating and do not eat large amounts of cold food.

3. Be careful not to feed the baby too much milk, and do not add too much sugar to the milk.

4. Pay attention to keeping the abdomen warm to prevent it from getting cold.

1. Deficiency and cold type

Techniques: pushing, rubbing, kneading, and pinching.

Acupoints and locations: Wan Yin Yang points, Sanguan points, Liufu points, Abdominal Yin Yang points, navel and the surrounding abdomen, Spleen Earth point, Zusanli point.

Operation method and requirements:

①Push the Yin and Yang points on the wrist separately, 100 to 300 times.

②Push the Sanguan acupoint. The number of times of pushing Sanguan acupoint should be more than 3 times the number of times of pushing Liufu acupoint. If the Tui Liufu point is pushed 50 times, then the Sanguan point should be pushed at least 200 times. The specific number of pushing the Sanguan point should be determined according to the degree of deficiency and coldness in the child.

③ The number of times of pushing Liufu acupoints should be consistent with the number of times of pushing Sanguan acupoints.
