Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the pain is caused by a weak constitution, the invasion of wind, cold and dampness, and the stagnation of Qi and blood and the obstruction of blood circulation. If the pain in the waist and back is caused by wind, you can use scraping or cupping to remove wind and cold, dredge the meridians, and relieve pain. If the pain symptoms are obvious, you can use ibuprofen, which is the only herb that can relieve pain. Pay attention to rest and keep local warmth.
