1. Soak your feet in baking soda and salt: It can stabilize blood pressure. First, add a spoonful of salt to boil the water, then add baking soda. If the blood pressure is low, add less; if it is high, add more. Severe hypertension, plus mustard noodles. (Mustard powder and baking soda mainly lower blood pressure).

2. Treatment of gout: Dilute 300-400 grams of baking soda with hot water, then tie a towel around your feet and pour the baking soda water on the towel for 1 hour. I soaked it twice a day for 3 days and it was cured. For patients with chronic gout, it is recommended to soak their feet in soda water several times, each time for 20 minutes.

3. Treatment of high blood pressure: Boil the water, add two or three teaspoons of baking soda, and start washing when the water temperature is suitable for putting your feet down. Wash for 20-30 minutes each time. The effect was very obvious after washing 5 times. It has been more than 10 years now and I have not had high blood pressure again.

4. Soaking your feet in soda water can treat high blood pressure, 2-3 teaspoons a day and soak your feet for 20-30 minutes each time. In addition, it is recommended that you soak your feet in vinegar, which has a refreshing effect. The reason is that there are many reflex areas on the feet. By soaking your feet, the vinegar can penetrate the surface skin of the feet, which can accelerate the body's blood circulation, increase the ability of hemoglobin to carry oxygen, improve the hypoxia state caused by fatigue in various parts of the body, enhance the metabolism of various systems, and facilitate the discharge of carbon dioxide and waste gas in the body, thereby relaxing the body and eliminating fatigue.
