What to do if you have a big nose?

If the facial features of the human body can be distributed harmoniously on our face, it will look more comfortable. However, some people will find that their noses are relatively large. In fact, people with big noses can conceal it with makeup or improve it with essential oil massage.

1. Makeup to cover up:

People with big noses should not use overly bright eye makeup and lipstick, otherwise it will deepen the impression of a big nose. When adjusting makeup, pay attention to soft tones. Apply a slightly darker shadow on both sides of the nose, with the tone gradually getting darker from the root of the nose and evenly applied to the wings of the nose. For an eagle nose, the nose shadow should not be too thick, and it should be blended all over. The impression of a large nose can be reduced by applying makeup. To make a big nose smaller, you can also use a powder paste that is closer to white, apply it from the bridge of the nose downwards, spread it evenly to make it look hazy, and then use a darker powder paste to apply evenly on the wings of the nose.

2. Apply essential oils

First, wash your hands and apply Rosewater on your nose. You can also massage your nose at the same time, which will have a better effect. When massaging, first do exercises to clear the nasal passages. Take a deep breath, then use your thumb and index finger to pinch your nasal cavity, and gradually force the air out. You will feel the air that cannot be exhaled being pressed toward your ears and eyes. When you feel the air reaches your inner ears, suddenly release your fingers. After breathing normally two or three times, do it again. Do it three times in total. Then do the opposite breathing exercise. First exhale the remaining air in the body, then pinch the nasal cavity with your fingers, without breathing in or out, then suddenly release your fingers and take a deep breath. Repeat this three times.

3. When doing the above training, you must pay attention to two points: first, don't overdo it and hold your breath until your face turns red; second, take two or three normal breaths in the interval between two times to prevent hypoxia in the body. Then, massage the acupoints on the nose. The first is the Yingxiang point, which is located about 0.5 inches from the outer edge of the nose, in the nasolabial groove. You can rub it with the tips of your middle or index fingers for 20-30 times. The second is the Bitong point, which is located at the junction of cartilage and bone at the upper end of the nasolabial groove. Press 15-20 times with your middle finger with moderate force.
