The bronchitis cough relief method is simple and effective!

Bronchitis is a relatively common respiratory infection that often occurs in the autumn and winter, causing great pain to patients. In addition to regular treatment, you can also choose some folk remedies for conditioning, which are also effective. For example, using sesame oil, ginger juice, carrot juice, or ginger and platycodon, etc., will achieve certain effects, and these folk remedies have no side effects.

1. Drinking sesame oil can treat bronchitis

Sesame oil is an unsaturated fatty acid, which is easily decomposed and excreted by the human body after ingestion. It can promote the elimination of deposits on the blood vessel walls and is beneficial to cholesterol metabolism. Drinking a small spoonful of sesame oil every morning and evening can relieve coughs caused by bronchitis, emphysema, etc.

2. Use ginger juice to treat bronchitis

Chop the tender fresh ginger into pieces and put it into a basin. Soak the vest in the ginger juice (the more thoroughly the better, do not put water in the basin, it should be completely filled with ginger juice). After a few days when it is completely soaked, take it out and dry it in the shade. Put on the vest the day before the autumnal equinox and take it off until the spring equinox of the following year. For cleaning purposes, you can soak two pieces and wear them alternately, which is very effective.

3. Ginger and radish juice can cure bronchitis

Put 10 grams of ginger, 250 grams of white radish and 30 grams of brown sugar into appropriate amount of water and boil it, or mash 10 grams of ginger, add appropriate amount of honey, and take it with boiled water after a meal, which can effectively treat bronchitis.

4. Ginger, platycodon, etc. can treat chronic tracheitis

Take 30 grams of ginger, wash and cut into shreds, add 20 grams of Platycodon grandiflorum, mix with 20 grams of brown sugar, put them in a thermos, add boiling water, cover it for one hour and drink it instead of tea. This method is suitable for patients with chronic bronchitis and has long-term therapeutic effects.

5. Two wonderful ways to treat tracheitis with eggs

Method 1: Starting from the beginning of winter, eat an egg steamed with a tablespoon of honey every morning and evening, and keep eating it until the beginning of spring, which can effectively treat bronchitis.

Method 2: Take 7 eggs and 200 grams of Schisandra chinensis, and soak them in tap water in a cool place for a week (the water should cover the eggs and Schisandra chinensis, and do not use iron or aluminum containers).
