How to care for hardened and cracked skin on fingers

How to care for hardened and cracked skin on fingers

When the seasons change and the weather becomes very dry, the skin on some people's fingers becomes very dehydrated, and in severe cases it can cause the skin on the fingers to become dry and cracked. Most of these situations are caused by not taking good care of your fingers in daily life. It is important to take good care of your hands when they are exposed to the outside for a long time. The daily care for hardened and cracked finger skin includes the following aspects:

Basic care: Apply hand cream

I carry a hand cream with me every day. Whenever my hands get wet, I will apply the hand cream after drying them with a tissue. My skin will not be as dry and cracked, but the fine lines are still there.

Vinegar soaking technique

Soaking your hands in vinegar regularly can make your hands soft and your skin naturally delicate, fair and tender. At least this is what some masseurs in beauty salons need to do.

method:

Add an appropriate amount of white vinegar to a basin of warm water and soak your hands for about 15 minutes. Your hands may feel uncomfortable at first, so you can put less vinegar. After soaking, dry your hands and apply hand cream. It will be effective if you persist.

Hand mask

It is the same principle as facial masks and neck masks. If the skin is dehydrated, you need to apply a facial mask. The same goes for hands. This can be done at night. Before doing the hand mask, you can exfoliate first, then apply a thick layer of face cream or hand cream on your hands, wrap your hands with a wrung out hot towel, remove the towel after about 15 minutes, your hands will become white, tender and soft, then apply hand cream and go to bed.

Notice

It is recommended to buy hand cream for nail care and take care of your nails together.
