1. Principle of breath test:

The carbon dioxide enters the lungs through the blood and is excreted from the body. 2. Methods

The subjects were required to fast for the examination. Take 14C urea capsules orally. Sit quietly for about 25 minutes. 3.C14 breath test test standards:

The normal value of C14 is less than 100 (dpm/mmol CO2) for negative, and greater than 100 for positive. For example: hp.positive++dpm=854. In this report, the value is greater than 100, so it is judged to be Helicobacter pylori positive.
