Athlete's foot fungus is afraid of white vinegar

There is a difference between beriberi and athlete's foot. In most cases, athlete's foot is caused by the reproduction of fungi. Therefore, when treating athlete's foot, the main focus is on killing the fungi. Fungi prefer a neutral and alkaline living environment. Using white vinegar is equivalent to providing them with an acidic environment, which can kill foot fungi. This is the so-called principle that athlete's foot fungi are afraid of white vinegar, and it can relieve or even treat athlete's foot.

How vinegar treats athlete's foot:

The acidity and alkalinity of the environment have a great influence on the growth of pathogenic fungi. Generally, fungi prefer a neutral to alkaline environment, while an acidic environment will inhibit the growth of fungi. When sweat is first discharged, it is acidic (PH4.5-PH5.5). If sweating continues in large quantities, it becomes neutral. If sweat is not removed from the skin surface in time, the urea in the sweat will decompose to produce ammonia, making the skin surface neutral or alkaline. Under such conditions, fungi reproduce fastest.

From the above description, we can know that fungi are not easy to grow in an acidic environment. The main component of vinegar is acetic acid, with the chemical formula CH3COOH, which is acidic. When soaking your feet in vinegar, the environment of your feet will change from alkaline to acidic, thus changing the growth environment of foot fungi and inhibiting fungal growth, thereby achieving the purpose of treatment. Theoretically, using any acidic substance, such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, etc., will have a similar effect of inhibiting fungal growth, but why not use hydrochloric acid or sulfuric acid? The answer is obvious. Hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid are toxic and corrosive to the skin, so they cannot be used. Vinegar is a commonly used food condiment. Since it is edible, there is naturally no problem in using it for foot soaking.

How to use vinegar to treat athlete's foot?

1. Prepare 30 bottles of edible white vinegar. The cheaper the better. It is used for foot soaking anyway, so the quality does not need to be that good. Soak your feet for 15 consecutive days.

2. Soak your feet once with every 2 bottles. Take two bottles of vinegar as the unit, do not add white water, boil it directly for foot soaking. Of course, it will be very hot. When it is hot, use bubbles. When it is not hot anymore, put your feet into the water. The effect of the vinegar gas is better than that of vinegar water, so try to use the vinegar gas to soak your feet for about 30 minutes.

3. Pour a little vinegar into the bucket, and then pour boiling water. Soak it slowly, so the concentration will be much lower, but the effect will be worse.
