How to treat throat herpes?

Pharyngitis is one of the more common diseases in life, but the impact it brings to people is very great. Pharyngitis is a general term for throat diseases, which have many classifications. For example, pharyngeal herpes is a more serious symptom, which brings great pain to patients. Let’s take a look at how to solve pharyngeal herpes?

Herpetic pharyngitis is a special manifestation of colds in children, caused by a virus called "Coxsackievirus Group A". It is more common in summer and autumn, and often occurs in small epidemics in nurseries and kindergartens, with more cases occurring among infants and young children.

1. Open windows frequently for ventilation. Maintaining air circulation is an effective measure to prevent and treat chronic pharyngitis. Dry indoor air and excessive cooling, heating or humidity can affect the defense function of the pharyngeal mucosa, causing functional disorders and abnormal sensation in the pharynx, which can eventually lead to chronic pharyngitis. Rinse your mouth and brush your teeth in the morning, after meals and before going to bed to keep your mouth clean. At the same time, preventing and treating oral and nasal diseases and eliminating inflammatory lesions are also helpful in preventing pharyngitis.

2. Pay attention to the combination of work and rest. Avoid exposure to cold and rest in bed if your body is not adapted. In daily life, drinking tea can not only prevent and improve the treatment of inflammation, but also regulate the balance of human body mechanisms, clear away heat and detoxify, and have anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects.

3. Adjust your diet. The diet should be light and easy to digest, supplemented with some refreshing, heat-removing, tender and juicy foods. Such as oranges, tangerines, pineapples, sugar cane, olives, pears, apples, etc., or drink more water and cool drinks, but the drinks should not be too strong. Avoid tobacco, alcohol, ginger, pepper, mustard, garlic and all spicy foods.

4. Pay attention to protection. People who are frequently exposed to dust or chemical gases should wear masks, face shields, etc. and take protective measures.

5. Keep your intestines and stomach unobstructed. Drink more boiled water with light salt, eat easily digestible food, and keep your stomach and intestines unobstructed.

6. Seek medical attention promptly. Once discovered, seek medical attention as soon as possible and don't delay.
