Do you know the symptoms of thalamic infarction

Thalamic infarction is a very serious disease that may even endanger the patient's life. Therefore, if you find yourself having symptoms such as abnormal gait, abnormal blood pressure, sudden severe headache, sudden dizziness, and nosebleed, you should seek medical treatment in time to avoid more serious situations and recover your health as soon as possible.

1. Abnormal gait

Weak legs and unsteady gait when walking are one of the precursor symptoms of hemiplegia. If elderly people experience sudden changes in gait accompanied by numbness and weakness in their limbs, they should be aware that this may be a precursor to cerebral infarction.

2. Abnormal blood pressure

Abnormally high blood pressure is also one of the signs of cerebral infarction, while if the blood pressure is low, it is a precursor to cerebral thrombosis.

3. Sudden severe headache

Sudden severe pain in the head, accompanied by convulsions, coma, and drowsiness; headache aggravated by forceful coughing; severe pain that can wake the patient up at night. These are all precursors to cerebral infarction.

4. Sudden dizziness

Dizziness is a very common symptom before cerebral infarction, especially when getting up in the early morning. In addition, it is also likely to occur after taking a bath or when you are tired. If you are a patient with hypertension and experience dizziness more than 5 times in 1 to 2 days, you must go to the hospital for treatment in time. This situation is prone to the risk of cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction.

5. Nosebleed

Don't classify nosebleeds as ordinary inflammation. If there are several heavy nosebleeds, coupled with retinal bleeding and hematuria, you must pay attention to it. Such people may develop cerebral vascular blockage within half a year.

6. Other symptoms

In addition to the early symptoms of cerebral infarction introduced above, some patients may also experience difficulty swallowing, numbness of one side of the body, fatigue, drowsiness and other symptoms.

The most fundamental cause of cerebral infarction is mainly caused by cerebral blood vessel obstruction. Therefore, if you want to stay away from cerebral infarction, you must dredge the blood vessels and allow smooth blood flow in the brain. To clear blood vessels, it is generally recommended to regulate through diet and exercise.
