1. Blink 300 times a day.

A normal person between the ages of 20 and 40 blinks about 20 times per minute. When staring at a rapidly changing computer screen with eyes open, the number of blinks will drop to 4 to 5 times per minute, causing a serious lack of tear secretion and symptoms of dry and sore eyes. Therefore, intentional blinking is very effective in protecting your eyes.

Generally speaking, it is appropriate to blink 300 times a day. It not only helps to promote tear secretion and relieve symptoms of dryness and soreness, but also cleans the eyes and gives them a small massage, thereby relieving eye fatigue.

2. Frequently fumigate your eyes with hot water, hot towels or steam.

It can promote blood circulation in the eyes and reduce eye fatigue. Eyeball pressure method. Close your eyes and gently press your eyeballs with the tips of your index, middle, and ring fingers, or you can rotate and rub them gently. Do not continue for too long or press too hard, stop after about 20 seconds.

3. Press the forehead.

Use three fingers on each hand to rub from the center of the forehead toward the left and right temples, then press hard on the temples, using your fingertips to apply force. This will give you a comfortable feeling under your eyes. Repeat 3 to 5 times. Press between the eyebrows. Place the tip of your thumb on the depression below the base of your eyebrows and press or rotate gently. Repeat 3 times.

After realizing that your eyes are very tired, you can also follow the above methods to improve the condition. To relieve eye fatigue, just close your eyes and rest for a while. Also, you should develop the habit of going to bed early every day, which will provide good protection for your eyes. At the same time, don't play with your mobile phone before going to bed at night.
