What are the treatments for neuritis symptoms?

What are the treatments for neuritis symptoms?

The causes of neuroinflammation are generally related to the patient's excessive work and environmental factors. The main symptoms are tingling and other discomfort, which poses a great threat to health. There are many ways to treat neuritis, such as supplementing vitamin B12, calcium supplementation, dietary adjustment, etc. It is best to treat it according to the specific situation of the neuritis.

Prevention should be the priority, such as strengthening labor protection, preventing metal and pesticide poisoning, using furan drugs as little as possible (if necessary, take B vitamins at the same time), etc.

If young people are found to have neurological symptoms and signs, the cause should be eliminated as soon as possible, neurotrophic function should be improved and physical fitness should be strengthened.

If it is caused by heavy metals, antidotes such as sodium dithiothioate (~g added to 100ml water for injection and intravenous injection/day) can be used, with 1~2 times as a course of treatment; if it is caused by nutritional metabolic disorders, the cause of the nutritional disorder should be found and treated accordingly; if it is caused by diabetes, diabetes drugs should be taken at the earliest. In the United States, neurotrophic metabolic drugs and vasodilators can be used for treatment to promote the recovery of nerve conduction function.

Supplement vitamin B12, avoid strenuous exercise, rest quietly, quit smoking and drinking, supplement calcium, have a healthy mentality, avoid strenuous exercise, standing for long periods of time, and prevent muscle atrophy.

Symptoms of neuritis

Due to different etiologies, the onset of this disease can be acute or slow. The main clinical manifestations are symmetrical sensory motor symptoms mainly in the distal extremities, and autonomic dysfunction, which is often more severe in the lower extremities.

1. Sensory impairment :

In the early stage, the patient often experiences abnormal sensations such as burning pain, numbness, etc. at the finger (or toe) tips, or irritation symptoms such as hyperesthesia, which gradually lead to decreased sensation and even disappearance. The distribution of sensory impairment is in the shape of a glove or sock. A few patients may have deep sensory impairment, and there is often tenderness in the gastrocnemius muscle.

Movement disorders:

It manifests as decreased tight muscle strength, low muscle tone, weakened or disappeared lower tendon reflexes. In some cases (such as furazolidone), the reflexes may be active. Muscle atrophy may occur after a long illness. Discomfort in the legs after strenuous exercise, manifested as numbness, unstable standing, and soreness and tingling in the ankles.

Three autonomic dysfunction:

The skin on the extremities is cool, pale, flushed or slightly cyanotic, with little or much sweating; the skin becomes dry, thin, tender or rough; the nails lose their normal luster and keratinization increases.
