1. Food and nutrition:

Eat more foods that are good for eyesight, such as longan meat, yam, carrot, spinach, sweet potato, taro, corn, animal liver, beef, mulberry, red dates, etc., or drink tea made with red dates, ginseng, wolfberry, chrysanthemum, and monk fruit to protect your eyes.

2. Massage:

The eyes like coolness and are afraid of heat. If the heart fire and liver fire are too strong, eye stains, dryness, redness, swelling, and congestion will occur. Fumigating your eyes with tea is also very helpful in protecting your eyes and restoring vision.

4. Animal feeding :

Let your eyes move and exercise them. The specific method is: stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, chest out, and head slightly tilted back. Open your eyes wide and try to move your eyeballs as constantly as possible, first from right to left 10 times, then from left to right 10 times. Rest for 10 minutes and repeat the above exercise 3 times. This method can help refresh the brain and improve eyesight.
