How to treat flat warts?

Flat warts are actually a common skin disease. Many friends will experience this kind of condition. Initial symptoms

1. Generally there are no subjective symptoms, but there may be slight itching occasionally.

2. The skin lesions are flat and smooth papules ranging from hat-needle shaped to mung bean-shaped or slightly larger, round, oval or polygonal, hard in texture, and of normal skin color or light brown.

3. It is prone to occur on the face, back of the hands and forearms.

The onset is sudden. The skin lesions are more common than normal skin and are often scattered or densely distributed. They may be autoinoculated due to scratching and arranged in a beaded manner along the scratches. The course of the disease is chronic and can resolve on its own. There is obvious scratching before resolution, but no trace is left after healing.

Internal treatment

Acropora

(1) Wind-heat and blood dryness cause nodules that are as big as beans, hard and rough, and yellow or red in color; the tongue is red, the coating is thin, and the pulse is stringy and rapid.

Syndrome differentiation and analysis : Wind-heat evil attacks the skin, or liver deficiency and blood dryness, and poor nourishment of tendons and qi, so the nodules are like beans, hard and rough, and yellow or red in color; red tongue, thin coating, and stringy and rapid pulse are signs of wind-heat and blood dryness.

Treatment method: Nourish blood and activate blood circulation, clear away heat and detoxify.

Prescription: Modifications to the prescription for treating warts. For those with sore throat, add burdock to detoxify and relieve sore throat; for those with constipation, add raw rhubarb to clear the bowels and relieve constipation.

(ii) Warts appear over a long period of time due to liver depression and phlegm accumulation. They are hard in texture and dark brown in color. They are accompanied by irritability, chest tightness and discomfort, and poor appetite. The tongue is pale red with white fur and a stringy pulse.

Syndrome differentiation and analysis: Liver depression leads to poor circulation of Qi and blood, and poor flow of body fluids, which condense into phlegm. The phlegm accumulates with Qi and remains in the skin, so warts appear over a long period of time, are hard in texture, and brown in color. Liver depression leads to irritability and irritability. Phlegm stagnation leads to chest tightness and discomfort, and loss of appetite. A pale red tongue, white fur, and a stringy pulse are signs of liver depression and phlegm stagnation.

Treatment method: Soothe the liver and promote blood circulation, resolve phlegm and soften hard masses.
