What medicine should I take for allergic dermatitis?

Allergic dermatitis is a common skin disease. The main symptoms of allergic dermatitis in patients are skin redness, swelling and itching. This will have a great impact. Everyone should know that the main cause of this disease is contact with allergens. These allergens can be food or drugs. If allergic dermatitis occurs in normal times, you must find the allergens in time, take good care, and then carry out anti-allergic treatment.

Treatment of allergic dermatitis with traditional Chinese medicine:

1. Homemade "anti-inflammatory sunscreen liquid": Take 500 grams of winter melon, chop it into pieces, put it into a pressure cooker, add a small amount of cold water and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from the pot, discard the residue, filter the juice into a clean container, add 2 taels of white wine, put it on the stove and cook for another 5 minutes. Let cool, pour into porcelain bottles and store in the refrigerator. When using, pour a small amount into a bowl, dip your hands in the liquid and apply it to the dermatitis area, three times a day, applying about 10 ml each time. This method can not only prevent exposure to the sun, but also has a good therapeutic effect on solar dermatitis.

2. Eat more brown rice and vegetables: Eating too much meat, milk and eggs will cause the quality of red blood cells in the body to decrease, their size to become larger and lack vitality. The human body composed of this type of low-quality red blood cells has greatly weakened adaptability and assimilation capabilities to nature. In addition, the protein molecules of milk and eggs can easily penetrate into the blood through the intestinal wall, forming allergic toxins such as histamine and serotonin, which stimulate the human body to produce allergic reactions and cause illness. Brown rice and vegetables are different. The red blood cells they nourish have strong vitality and no foreign proteins enter the bloodstream, so they can prevent the occurrence of the above-mentioned allergic skin diseases.

Allergic dermatitis prevention care:

1) Reduce the factors that induce aggravation and irritation, such as mechanical factors (scratching, friction); physical and chemical factors (hot water washing, high temperature, low humidity, irritating drugs); biological factors (animals, plants, microbial infections, etc.); mental stress or depression or digestive dysfunction.

2) Stay away from allergenic factors. This is the most fundamental way to prevent allergic dermatitis. Reduce allergens in the environment as much as possible, such as inhaled allergens (any substance that can be inhaled through the respiratory tract is a potential allergen), including dust, dust mites, cotton wool, pollen (spring, summer and autumn), animal hair, fungi, insects and smoke. Food allergens (allergens that cause allergic reactions when ingested) include fish, shrimp, crab, beef, mutton, eggs, milk, peanuts, soybeans and nuts. Contact allergens (allergens that cause allergies through contact with the skin or mucous membranes) include clothing, dyes, cosmetics, jewelry, topical medications, paints, glues, organic solvents, hair dyes and disinfectants. To create a healthy and hygienic environment, always keep the indoor environment clean, open windows for ventilation, maintain appropriate temperature and humidity, and do not use disinfectants casually; try to minimize children's exposure to pollen in spring; avoid direct sunlight in summer; do not keep pets at home, especially not indoors; use less carpets and vacuum frequently; do not use electric blankets; avoid irritating cosmetics, etc.

3) Take care of your skin, take a bath scientifically and reasonably, choose a soap with a neutral pH and no irritation; do not use skin care products indiscriminately, choose soft cotton fabrics for underwear, and do not wear wool or chemical fiber fabrics, as these fabrics are rough and irritating to the skin, and can easily cause dermatitis and eczema.

Warm reminder: Allergic dermatitis should be treated actively and attention should be paid to nutrition in diet. Stay away from some allergenic foods, especially seafood. People who are allergic to cosmetics should do a skin patch test before using a certain cosmetic. If there is no allergic reaction, you can continue to use it.
