Prescription preparation method

0~50μm, with extremely thick walls, linear or unclear cell cavities, and the outer layer of the fiber wall is densely embedded with tiny prismatic calcium oxalate crystals. The stone cells are nearly colorless, square-shaped, with a diameter of 14~76μm. Most of them have thick walls on three sides, with the cell cavity on one side, and often contain calcium oxalate crystals or brown lumps. (2) Take about 8g of this product, grind it into powder, add 30ml of ethanol and 1 drop of hydrochloric acid, heat it in a water bath and reflux it for about 0.5 hour, cool it, filter it, evaporate the filtrate to dryness, add 0.1mol/L hydrochloric acid solution to dissolve the residue, filter it, adjust the pH value of the filtrate to 12 with concentrated ammonia test solution, shake and extract with 30ml of chloroform, evaporate the chloroform extract to dryness, dissolve the residue with 3ml of 0.1mol/L hydrochloric acid solution, and divide it into three test tubes.
