[ Indications/Main Functions ] It is used for endogenous diseases such as Sjögren's syndrome, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, dry eye syndrome, and various exogenous diseases. It is especially suitable for patients with Sjögren's syndrome and Stevens-Johnson syndrome who need long-term medication.

[ Usage and Dosage ] Eye drops, generally 1 drop at a time, 5 to 6 times a day, can be increased or decreased appropriately according to symptoms.

[ Adverse Reactions ] 1. Corneal disorders such as itching, irritation, congestion, diffuse superficial keratitis, etc. may sometimes occur. If the above symptoms occur, the medication should be stopped immediately. 2. Allergies: Occasionally, allergic symptoms such as blepharitis and blepharitis may occur. [Pharmacokinetics] Healthy adult males (6 subjects) were administered 0.1% hyaluronic acid eye drops on day 1 and 0.5% on day 2, 1 drop at a time, 5 times a day, to one eye. Then continue to use 0.5% concentration from the 3rd to the 9th day, 13 times a day, for 7 consecutive days. The blood hyaluronic acid concentration was measured before the start of eye drops, on the 3rd day, the 9th day (the last day of eye drops), and the 10th day. As a result, the measured values ​​in each period were below the detection limit (10 μg/ml), which was the same as before instillation.
