If you want to increase your activity metabolism, you need to increase your exercise.

Heat metabolism from digesting food accounts for about ten percent of the body's energy consumption. When the human body digests food, it produces heat metabolism. That is to say, after eating food, calories will also be consumed in the process of digestion. It is recommended to eat small and frequent meals, which can improve metabolism and achieve the effect of weight loss.
