What side effects may Saizhi cause

Thyroid disease is also a high incidence in our lives. It is not uncommon for people to suffer from thyroid diseases such as hyperthyroidism. If you turn a blind eye to the disease and do not take measures to treat it, it may lead to serious consequences. Among thyroid treatment drugs, Secchi is a relatively well-known one. Patients should also be aware of its side effects. What side effects may Secchi cause?

Sezhi is an antithyroid drug that is suitable for various types of hyperthyroidism. Its mechanism of action is to inhibit thyroid peroxidase, thereby hindering the oxidation of iodide in the thyroid gland and the coupling of tyrosine, and hindering the synthesis of thyroxine (T4) and triiodothyronine (T3). Animal experiments have shown that it can inhibit the synthesis of antibodies by B lymphocytes, reduce the level of thyroid stimulating antibodies in the blood circulation, and restore the normal function of suppressor T cells.

Because everyone's physical condition is different, the side effects after taking Saizhi will also be different. The following points should be noted when taking Silge :

1. If you suddenly develop sore throat, inflammation of the swallowing mucosa or boils at the beginning of treatment or in the following weeks or months, please contact your doctor immediately.

2. Patients with significantly enlarged thyroid or tracheal stenosis can only receive short-term treatment with methimazole tablets, because long-term use of methimazole tablets may lead to further enlargement of the thyroid and there is a risk of aggravating tracheal stenosis. If necessary, treatment should be carried out under special supervision and thyroid hormone should be taken at the same time.

3. For patients with impaired liver function, the dose should be maintained as low as possible.
