Ming Tian Gu Fa

It is a long-standing ear self-massage health care method in my country. Foods rich in carotene and vitamin A: such as carrots, pumpkin, tomatoes, eggs, lettuce, zucchini, fresh oranges, etc. Carotene and vitamin A can provide nutrition to the sensory cells of the inner ear and the epithelial cells of the middle ear, and enhance the vitality of ear cells.
