Massage techniques for dry eyes

When you have dry eyes, you must seek timely treatment. Severe cases are more dangerous. Dry eyes are mainly caused by insufficient tear secretion or rapid tear evaporation, which will lead to poor eye metabolism. In addition to medication, you can also use massage methods to promote blood circulation and metabolism. Be sure to target the corresponding acupoints when massaging.

Massage techniques for dry eyes

1. To dredge the eye meridians, you can massage the eye acupoints. Massaging the eye acupoints, including the Yintang, Jingming, Chengqi, Sibai, Tongziliao, and temples, can help the eyes "drain" blockages, dredge the eye meridians, expel toxins and blockages that clog the lacrimal glands and meibomian glands, promote the secretion of tears, and maintain the normal function of the meibomian glands.

2. If the meibomian glands are blocked, you can use a hot towel to warm your eyes before massage to soften the blockage, making it easier to expel it. Do this once in the morning and once in the evening. Because the root cause of dry eyes is insufficient cell vitality and poor metabolism leading to meridian blockage, which will recur repeatedly, the treatment of dry eyes requires long-term persistence.

Treatment of dry eyes :

1. Drinking green tea, Tieguanyin, oolong tea and other teas is very beneficial for treating dry eyes. After the carotene in tea enters the human body, it will be converted into vitamin A. Vitamin A can play a positive role in protecting the eyes, reducing the damage to the eyes caused by computer radiation, and relieving eyes fatigue.

2. Yawning or putting a sour plum in your mouth can also be used as a folk remedy for treating dry eyes. Dry eyes are caused by a decrease in tear secretion or a decrease in tear gland function, which leads to dry eyes. Yawning and eating sour plums can stimulate the lacrimal glands to secrete tears, thereby moistening the eyes, treating and alleviating the symptoms of dry eyes.

3. To treat dry eyes, you can wash your eyes with milk every morning and evening. This is a very effective folk remedy for treating dry eyes.

4. Use warm water to clean your eyes to promote blood circulation in the eyes and relieve muscle tension. Make sure the water used to wash your eyes is clean, otherwise it may easily lead to bacterial infection of the eyes.
