How to brew pure coffee powder

How to brew pure coffee powder

When you feel sleepy and tired at work, have a cup of fragrant coffee to refresh your mind. However, instant coffee often does not suit one's taste, with some containing too much sugar, others too much milk, and one cannot always have a coffee machine by one's side, so pure coffee powder becomes the first choice. Coffee is brewed by a coffee machine by distilling or boiling. How do you brew coffee powder?

The coffee powder ground from coffee beans needs to be processed in a coffee pot. Directly pouring boiling water into it will affect the taste due to the residue.

【Methods/Steps】

1. Put the coffee powder into the French press.

2. Pour in hot water in a ratio of 1:18 between coffee powder and water. If you want to be more particular about the water temperature, keep it at around 92 degrees.

3. Then press the small grate in the cup and pour the coffee into the coffee cup.

4. Add milk and sugar as you like.

The necessary conditions for how to brew coffee powder: Use "good water" to brew coffee powder. In a cup of coffee, more than 98% of the ingredients are "water". The importance of water is beyond doubt! If you use bad (i.e. unclean, smelly) water to brew coffee, it's a waste of effort even if you use the best coffee grounds - because bad water can ruin the best coffee. Even a simple "water filter kettle" can filter out many bad substances from "tap water", making the brewed coffee more fragrant, strong and mellow. When making coffee, just like making tea, avoid using distilled water. If the tap water quality in your area is poor, using clean spring water is also an ideal method.

How to brew ground coffee without a coffee pot? First, add 250 ml of water to the pot and heat it to boiling (preferably a small-mouthed pot or a cup); then, pour 50cc of water into a coffee cup to warm the cup (this is unavoidable if you don't have a special measuring cup at home), pour two spoonfuls of coffee powder into the pot (generally, one spoonful of coffee powder in a coffee shop weighs 13 grams, and two spoonfuls is about 25 or 6 grams), stir while pouring, generally two to three circles clockwise. If you stir too much, the coffee will become sour. Then boil it for about 60 seconds; secondly, pour out the hot water in the coffee cup, put the filter cloth on the cup, and slightly lower the center of the filter cloth on the cup to avoid spilling the coffee liquid when pouring. Pour it in slowly (wash the filter cloth as soon as possible after pouring to avoid color and coffee smell the next time you use it).
