1. Aminophenamine dry suspension

Paracetamol-Mamei dry suspension is a compound preparation, each package containing 80 mg of acetaminophen, 7.5 mg of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride, and 2.5 mg of anhydrous dextromethorphan hydrobromide. The excipients are behenic acid glyceryl ester, sucrose, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, povidone K90, magnesium stearate, orange flavor, and tartrazine.

2. Pharmacological effects

The acetaminophen in this product produces an antipyretic effect by affecting the hypothalamic temperature regulation center; pseudoephedrine hydrochloride can selectively constrict blood vessels, eliminate congestion and swelling of the nasopharyngeal mucosa, and relieve nasal congestion symptoms; dextromethorphan hydrobromide has a direct effect on the medullary cough center, can inhibit cough reactions, and is non-addictive. Concomitant use with other antipyretic analgesics may increase the risk of nephrotoxicity. Drug interactions may occur if used with other drugs. Please consult your doctor or pharmacist for details.
