Most people in our daily lives wash clothes with detergent. However, some people do not wash clothes clean enough with detergent, which easily leaves many detergent stains on their clothes. This situation is related to many factors, such as the quality of the detergent. Detergent stains on clothes can be removed, but you must know the method. So how should you remove laundry detergent stains from clothes? 1. Yellow marks from washing powder When washing clothes with detergent, there are circles of white marks or clumps of white particles after drying. This is because washing powder contains zeolite, which is almost insoluble, so the washing powder cannot be completely dissolved and is also difficult to rinse. Detergent residue on clothes will form yellow marks over time, affecting the appearance of the clothes. It is recommended to use a neutral laundry detergent with low foaming and easy rinsing. Laundry detergent is a good choice with a high concentration formula, easy to dissolve in water, low foaming and easy rinsing, a neutral and mild formula, which protects clothes and hands and allows for safer cleaning. 2. Measures Before washing clothes, soak and dissolve the detergent in water, and then put the clothes in the wash, so that there will be no traces of detergent. If the clothes are not washed clean and there are traces of detergent on the clothes after drying, you can wipe them with a semi-dry cloth towel or wipe them with a clothes brush wet with water. 3. White vinegar If there are not many marks and they are not so serious, you can get a basin of water, add an appropriate amount of white vinegar (usually half a basin of water plus a tablespoon is enough), then use a clean towel, dip it in water, squeeze it dry, and gently wipe the marked areas. The smaller marks can be wiped off. The acid in the vinegar is mainly used to neutralize the alkali on the clothes. 4. Others If there are many marks and they are very serious, the above method cannot be used. You need to use a washing machine to wash the clothes. After filling the washing machine with water, add a small amount of white vinegar, then put the clothes in, soak them for 10-20 minutes, then machine wash them for 2 minutes, take them out and spin dry them, then hang them in a ventilated place to dry, and the marks will be eliminated. |
