What to do if your butthole itches due to hemorrhoids

Hemorrhoids are a disease that is easy to be suffered by both men and women, and this disease is prone to recurrence, which is inseparable from everyone's living habits. Once the disease occurs, the patient's anus will feel itchy, which seriously affects the patient's normal life. In order to effectively alleviate this situation, effective treatment is necessary. Let's take a look at what to do if the anus is itchy due to hemorrhoids.

First, what should I do if my anus itches due to hemorrhoids? In this case, it is best to treat the hemorrhoids in time. Common treatment methods include: laser treatment: Hemorrhoids are a relatively common treatment method. Laser therapy uses a strong electromagnetic field generated by high power density to ionize tissues, produce free radicals, and destroy the binding force of cells. When the laser beam is absorbed by living tissue after being condensed, it can coagulate, burn, carbonize or vaporize the tissue in a short period of time, thereby achieving the purpose of cutting tissue and coagulating blood vessels. It is one of the common treatments for hemorrhoids.

Second, surgical treatment:

1. Indications for surgery: Ineffective conservative treatment, severe hemorrhoid prolapse, large fibrotic internal hemorrhoids, poor treatment with injections, combined with anal fissures, anal fistulas, etc.;

2. Surgical principles: Reset the prolapsed anal cushion through surgery and preserve the structure of the anal cushion as much as possible, so as to minimize the impact on the ability to control bowel movements after surgery;

3. Preoperative preparation: When there are ulcers or infections on the surface of hemorrhoids, first perform conservative treatment such as laxatives and warm water sitz baths, and then perform surgery after the ulcers heal; do intestinal preparation.

4. Surgical method: ① Thrombosed hemorrhoidectomy is suitable for patients whose pain does not ease or the swelling does not shrink after conservative treatment of thrombosed hemorrhoids. ② Traditional hemorrhoidectomy, namely external peeling and internal ligation. ③Hemorrhoidectomy (whitehead surgery) is a classic procedure in textbooks, which can easily lead to anal stenosis and is rarely used in clinical practice. ④ PPH surgery stapler hemorrhoidal rectal mucosal circumcision and stapling. It was created by Italian doctor Longo and began to be promoted in 1998. It is mainly suitable for prolapsed III-IV grade mixed hemorrhoids, annular hemorrhoids, and some severe bleeding II grade internal hemorrhoids. The mechanism of PPH in treating prolapsed hemorrhoids: circular resection of 2 to 3 cm mucosa and submucosal tissue at the lower end of the rectum to restore the normal anatomical structure, that is, the anal cushions are returned to their original position; the resection of the submucosal tissue blocks the blood supply of the superior hemorrhoidal artery to the hemorrhoidal area, causing the hemorrhoids to shrink after surgery. Compared with traditional hemorrhoidectomy, PPH surgery has shorter operation time, less postoperative pain, faster recovery and fewer complications, but the equipment is more expensive.

What should I do if I have hemorrhoids and my anus is itchy? The above is the treatment method for hemorrhoids introduced to you, I hope it will be helpful to you. This disease has a great impact on patients. Therefore, if patients experience symptoms of the disease in daily life, they need to go to a regular hospital for treatment as soon as possible to avoid delaying the disease and causing it to worsen.
