Symptoms of gastric cardia relaxation

Symptoms of gastric cardia relaxation

As the name suggests, the cardia is the entrance of the stomach. Food eaten by the human body passes through the esophagus and then through the cardia into the stomach. The stomach absorbs nutrients in the food through activity and provides the energy needed by the human body. The cardia is closed to prevent food in the stomach from escaping. However, many people do not pay attention to protecting their stomachs, have irregular diets, and overeat, which causes the cardia to relax. So what are the symptoms of a relaxed cardia?

Achalasia refers to spasm of the cardia, inability of the cardia to open. Cardiac relaxation means that the cardia opening is not closed tightly. These are two completely opposite situations, so don't be nervous. However, a relaxed cardia can easily lead to gastroesophageal reflux, so be careful not to overeat.

Regarding treatment, Hp+ refers to Helicobacter pylori infection. You have not taken drugs to eradicate Helicobacter pylori in your previous treatments. The drug this time is for the eradication of Helicobacter pylori. It is recommended to replace Mosapride with Livzon, and take 220 mg each half an hour before meals in the morning and evening; it is best to use imported omeprazole, 20 mg each time, half an hour before meals in the morning and evening; it is best to use Amoxicillin, and take 1000 mg each after meals in the morning and evening; it is best to use Clarithromycin, and if it is domestically produced, it is best to use Fengrui, and take 500 mg each after meals in the morning and evening; it is recommended to take it for 7-10 days.

Each doctor's diagnosis of whether the cardia is really relaxed is different. If relaxation does exist, it is irreversible and may be congenital. The important thing is not to eat too much and not to eat 3 hours before going to bed to minimize the occurrence of gastroesophageal reflux.

Relaxation of the cardia area can cause reflux of gastric contents and gastric acid, thereby causing certain irritation to the esophagus. In severe cases, it can lead to esophagitis or even esophageal erosion. Long-term chronic gastric acid reflux irritation may be one of the causes of esophageal cancer. In order to treat this situation, it is recommended to use a combination of drugs that inhibit gastric acid and gastric positive motility drugs. In daily life, you should pay attention to avoid overeating, eat small meals frequently, do not lie down after meals, and it is best to do appropriate upright activities.

Pay attention to the following aspects of life conditioning:

1. Eat slower and do not eat until you are very full. It is better to sit quietly or do some light exercise without feeling like vomiting. If you do not want to sleep, you can have another meal two to three hours after the meal.

2. Eat three meals at regular times and in regular amounts, and avoid eating sweet, oily, or spicy foods. The only thing to do is to avoid any symptoms after eating. Eat less porridge and soup, which can easily cause bloating. Do not drink sweet drinks such as milk tea and cola.

3. Do not lie down after a meal. You can take a walk or sit in a high, straight-backed chair after a meal. Don't sit on soft and low sofas. Avoid bending or squatting after meals. If you have symptoms at night, you can raise your upper body and lie down again when the symptoms disappear completely.

4. Maintain daily bowel movements. Avoid inducing factors such as obesity, lifting heavy objects, waist binding, smoking, etc.
