How to quickly expel gas from the stomach

Most of the bloating is caused by diet, so it is particularly important to change your eating habits. You can eat small meals frequently, chew slowly, and don't eat too much at one time, which can effectively reduce the feeling of abdominal bloating.

People who suffer from abdominal bloating can eat some anti-bloating foods, such as mint tea, orange peel tea, ginger, pineapple, celery, winter melon, yogurt, etc., which can help reduce abdominal bloating. At the same time, avoid eating foods that are easy to produce gas, such as beans, peanuts, oats, corn, apples, peaches, onions, cabbage, broccoli, sweet potatoes, potatoes, etc. These foods can easily aggravate lower abdominal bloating.

When you have bloating, you can use hot compress method, just lie down, and then take a warm towel or a thermos and place it on your stomach. The heat and weight can help expel gas and quickly relieve the abdominal pressure caused by bloating.

Bloating can also be relieved with simple massage techniques. When massaging the abdomen, you can first rub your palms to warm them up, start from the lower right abdomen, and massage clockwise with gentle force, then massage counterclockwise. Repeat 2 to 3 times a day, each time for 5 to 10 minutes. This kind of massage helps intestinal movement, promotes gas discharge, and relieves abdominal bloating.

For those with bloating, replenishing adequate water can help intestinal digestion and facilitate bowel movements, thereby achieving the effect of expelling gas. If stool accumulates in the intestines, it will aggravate bloating. Therefore, it is best to drink about 2000 ml of boiled water every day to prevent abdominal bloating. Note that drinks such as soda, coffee, and tea should be avoided as much as possible, as the soda in soda can easily cause bloating.

Sitting still for a long time can also cause abdominal bloating, so do not lie down when your lower abdomen is bloated, as this will only cause gas to accumulate and be difficult to expel. In order to relieve abdominal bloating, you can do some exercise, such as walking, yoga, mountain climbing, etc. Exercise can promote intestinal peristalsis, facilitate digestion, relieve bloating, and help defecation and gas discharge.

If the abdominal distension is severe and difficult to relieve, and the lower abdominal distension lasts for a long time, more than five days, and is accompanied by abdominal pain, blood in the stool and other symptoms, you must go to a regular hospital for examination and treatment in time to see if there is any digestive tract disease, so as not to delay the disease.
