This product is a colorless clear liquid.

Indications

Anticholesterase drugs. It antagonizes the residual muscle relaxant effect of non-depolarizing muscle relaxants at the end of surgery and is used for myasthenia gravis, postoperative functional intestinal flatulence and urinary retention, etc.

Dosage

The usual dose is 0.25-1 mg per subcutaneous or intramuscular injection, 1-3 times a day.

The maximum dose is 1 mg per subcutaneous or intramuscular injection, 5 mg per day. (It should be clear whether it can be injected intravenously and the dose of intravenous antagonist muscle relaxant should be stated)

Adverse Reactions

This product can cause drug rash. Large doses can cause nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, tearing, salivation, etc. In severe cases, ataxia, convulsions, coma, slurred speech, anxiety, fear and even cardiac arrest may occur.

Taboo

(1) It is contraindicated for people with allergies. (2) It is contraindicated for patients with epilepsy, angina pectoris, ventricular tachycardia, mechanical intestinal obstruction, urinary tract obstruction, and asthma. (3) It is contraindicated for patients with arrhythmia, sinus bradycardia, decreased blood pressure, or increased vagal tone.

Precautions

(1) In case of overdose, atropine is routinely given to counteract it.

(2) Use with caution in patients with hyperthyroidism and Parkinson’s disease.
